Exchange / Return & Refund Policy

• Our shipping is as sharp and structured as we use to be. We not only provide modern dandy, but also offer free shipping, as well as COD (Cash on Delivery).

• You can apply for exchange or refund for your order within 10 days of order delivery. We have reverse pickup facility for most of the pin codes.

• Delivery fee is Rs. 10 will be deducted at the time of refund/return of each product.

• If you want to return or exchange, WhatsApp us on 8098452172 or email us at nitai8753@gmail.com with your order ID and we will take care of the rest.

• Your replacement order will be dispatched after the original order is successfully collected and sent back to our store.

• If the return pickup is cancelled for any reason, the customer will have to send the product to us himself.

 • In the interest of hygiene, if it is clear that the item has been worn, used or soiled, we may refuse the return.

• The returned item will be processed/credited within 7-8 working days of being returned to our store (subject to quality inspection clearance).

• Multiple pickups are not permitted against one order.

• We only accept exchanges of one size for our products.

• Further discounted products can only be exchanged.

• Gift cards/vouchers are not refundable.

• Some pin codes are not possible. In case of reverse pickup, the customer will have to return the product to us in such cases. The reverse shipping address will be the same as the original invoice.

• If the customer has sent the product himself and the package is lost in transit, no refund will be applicable.

• In case of wrong product delivery, the customer must be informed via email within 24 hours.

• No testimonials can be exchanged or refunded.

          Process

To exchange or return any purchased product, please contact our customer care team within 10 days of delivery with the following information:

• Order number

• Mention the reason for the return and in case of defective or wrong product, please also share a picture of the item

• In case of exchange, mention what type of exchange you want

We will arrange a reverse pickup for the same upon receipt of the request. The returned or exchanged product should be packed in the same box and handed over to the delivery boy when he comes to collect the product

Your replacement order will be dispatched after the original order is successfully collected

Please ensure that the product you are returning is unused, unopened and undamaged in its original packaging.
